About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product, Growth & Monetization to lead the next chapter of its evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the growth roadmap, running growth experimentation, and evolving the monetization strategy. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to build AI that enhances the customer experience and in reimagining operations in an AI-native world. The Head of Product, Growth & Monetization will be directly accountable for the core funnel that converts signups to paying customers and the in-app motion that fosters customer expansion. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure a coherent growth motion across the customer lifecycle. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading growth in B2B SaaS with a free-trial or freemium model. The role requires a hands-on approach to experimentation, a focus on outcomes rather than features, and the ability to design and explain an outcome-based pricing framework. The ideal candidate will be technically fluent, capable of engaging in architectural conversations, and have a deep understanding of AI and its application in product features. Leadership skills are essential, as the role involves leading through influence, managing a team of PMs, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the growth motion is grounded in customer needs and data.
