Position Summary: Wallick Communities is searching for a Real Estate Development Associate to join a team focusing on our development activities across our geographic regions. What You'll Do Assume a key role in the development process with a focus on site selection, site feasibility, application preparation, scoring analysis, public approvals, and development feasibility research. Understanding of critical path within each project timeline and assisting Development Manager with adherence to timeline deliverables. Assist with due diligence in closing of projects. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in development, City and Regional /Urban Planning, Public Administration, Finance or Business Development. Previous experience with some components of real estate development. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Ability to analyze and interpret reports. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must. Travel required as necessary to travel to project sites, planning departments or community meetings.
