Global PMO Director — Operating Model Transformation

Aon is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the PMO for a multi-year Operating Model Transformation. Reporting to ABS leadership, you will direct governance, planning, and performance management to deliver the transformation across regions and functions. You will mentor program managers, manage risks and dependencies, partner with workstream leads, and ensure timely decisions, with strong focus on benefits realization and executive communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aon
