Key Responsibilities FinancialReporting,ConsolidationandClose: Leadmonth-end,quarter-end,andyear-endcloseprocessesandfinancialreportingforforeignsubsidiaries. GeneralLedger&Reconciliations: Maintainandreconcilesubsidiaryaccounts,bankstatements,andthegeneralledgertoensureaccuracy. Compliance: EnsureallfinancialoperationsadheretoGenerallyAcceptedAccountingPrinciples(GAAP)andcompanypolicies. InternationalAccounting: Partnerwithlocalaccountantsonstatutoryfilings, VAT/GSTcomplianceandforeigncurrencyconversions. IntercompanyManagement: Managetheentireintercompanylifecycle (settlement,reconciliation,andelimination)toensurezeroimbalance. Analysis&Budgeting: Analyzefinancialdata,identifytrends,andassistinvarianceanalysisforbudgetingandforecasting. Audit&TaxSupport: Prepareschedulesforexternalauditsandassistwithtaxcomplianceandreportingacrossall ProcessImprovement: Identifyopportunitiestostreamlineaccountingproceduresandimproveinternalcontrols. Qualifications -Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfield;CPAorequivalent certificationpreferredbutnotrequired. -3-5+yearsofexperienceinaccountingideallyinglobal,multi-entityenvironment. -Strongknowledgeofinternationalaccountingstandards(IFRS)andlocalGAAPacrosskeymarkets. -Proficiencyinaccountingsoftware(e.g.,QuickBooksOnline(must),Netsuite,SAP…)andadvancedExcelskills -Abilitytoworkindependently,prioritizetasks,andmanagemultipledeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment. -Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills. -Experienceinmanagingcross-borderfinancialoperationsandforeignexchange #J-18808-Ljbffr
