Location: Broward Health Bernand P. Alicki Health Center Pharmacy, 1101 West Broward Blvd., Fort Lauderdale FL 33312

Work Details: Pool - as needed, FTE: 0.01 - as needed, Schedule: Days

Job Summary: Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation and information education. Provide safe high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes.

Job Qualifications:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Pharm.D. or bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 5-year program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education): No Experience Required

C. Licensure: Required for consideration: Florida Pharmacy
