Maintenance Specialist-(OMH) SS Queens

Comunilife is looking for hard working Maintenance Specialists to work in a team environment at one of our locations throughout New York City. For more than 25 years, we have been a provider of supportive housing, for individuals with serious mental illness and/or chronic medical issues such as HIV/AIDS. Full time positions are eligible to participate in Comunilife's generous benefits package and paid time off benefits. The salary range for the position is between $18 to $20 per hour.Responsibilities Include:Monitor the Facility’s interior and exterior entrances for cleanliness (including snow removal and removal of other hazardous conditions).Complete Work Orders assigned in an efficient and proficient manner.Work in a pleasant and respectful manner with all clients.Assist in fire safety and evacuation drills, procedures and training.Alert the direct supervisor, Asst.
