We’re looking for a motivated, growth-minded Dental Assistant who is eager to develop their skills and grow into an leadership role with our practice. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of dental experience and is confident explaining treatment plans to patients; Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus . No dental experience? We’re willing to train the right candidate who has 1+ years of sales experience and strong communication skills.
We have two locations in Florham Park and Kendall Park and this role requires flexibility to travel between both offices, working 2 full days at each location per week . If you’re ambitious, take initiative, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a long-term career opportunity with room to grow , we’d love to hear from you!
Compensation is based on experience, with additional bonus incentives available.
