The Juicery is seeking a qualified Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team in Newburyport, MA!
We're a locally owned and operated juice and smoothie cafe that is currently interviewing for an Assistant Store Manager. If you’re looking for a fun, fast-paced food service job that requires NO LATE NIGHTS and includes great pay, benefits, and discounts, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $23 - $25 / hour
At The Juicery, we’re proud to offer flexible schedules, full training, and more including:
- Competitive Pay - Our pay structure includes an hourly base rate of $17 / hour. The yearly average for hourly tips at this location is an additional $7 per hour. (Please note tips are not guaranteed.)
- No Late Nights - Best food service job ever! Store hours change seasonally, with today’s hours being 7 am to 6 pm
- Discounts - Juice Crew Members earn 70% off all menu items while on shift, plus 30% while off shift

Summary of Position: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day store operations. You’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for both customers and employees. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Upper Management to assist in delivering consistent quality products and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do as Assistant Store Manager
- Assist with managing product ordering and store inventory
- Managing cash handling
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Managing and enforcing food safety procedures
- Work directly with Store Manager to oversee the operational success of the store
- Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with managing orders in a high volume environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
- Full-time availability
