TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Fort Dodge, Iowa, 50501!

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Med Surg, Tele, or Med/Tele required; 3 years of nursing experience accepted for first-time travelers License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA) required Must-Have: - EPIC experience required - Cardiac, heparin, insulin drips with some titration required - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility - Not an employee of the facility in the last 12 months Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The RN may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The RN will be required to work 1-2 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's. The RN will assist in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working within the interdisciplinary team. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. The RN will also oversee and manage patient care plans, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines. The RN must be adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing patient conditions and needs. Working every third weekend is required.
