About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours, 1845 start time Experience: 2 years in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele; 3 years nursing experience for first-time travelers License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: EPIC experience, ability to float within the same discipline, not an employee in the last 12 months, drips on unit including cardiac, heparin, insulin, some titration Description: The traveler will be a member of the interdisciplinary team. The traveler will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Every third weekend will be required. A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. Work history/resume and skills checklist must be submitted. References and license verification are necessary. A copy of required certifications is preferred. A driver's license must show a taxable address outside the facility's vicinity. This position is in a trauma center environment.
