Key Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Ohio Moderate to Intense Intervention Specialist License
• Background in special education teaching, particularly with elementary students
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and implementation
• Positive collaboration skills with general educators, support staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging learning space

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction to a caseload of six K-3 students with moderate to intense needs
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust instructional methods as needed
• Communicate regularly with families and team members to ensure student success
• Foster a safe, positive, and academically enriching environment for all students
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to special education services
