Production Manager

Position Summary The Production Manager oversees mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality execution, customer satisfaction, team performance, and profitability. This role provides leadership to field personnel while managing project timelines, resources, and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Manage project schedules, staffing, and resource allocation. Monitor job progress, conduct site visits, and maintain communication with customers and partners. Review project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Track project performance, timelines, and key operational metrics. Coach, train, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and grow project revenue. Travel as needed. Qualifications Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or a related industry preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and ability to motivate the team. Time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with technology and project management systems. High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications are a plus. Ability to work in active job-site environments and travel as needed. Successful completion of a background check, subject to applicable law.
