Location: Orlando, Florida (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an RF Engineer to provide services for maintaining and tuning BLE / NFC equipment and orchestration solutions. This role is focused on supporting infrastructure and operations at various company locations to enhance the customer experience. The position requires a hybrid work model with four days onsite per week and the potential for night work during maintenance windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite consulting services to support RF BLE (Radio Frequency Bluetooth Low Energy) infrastructure and operations.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing RF BLE deployments to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Design and recommend improvements to RF BLE systems to enhance operational efficiency and location-based services.
• Support the implementation and testing of RF BLE solutions, including hardware installation, software configuration, and system integration.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and security policies.
• Design and optimize Wi-Fi networks to ensure reliable connectivity.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience with RF BLE technology and infrastructure.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of hardware installation, software configuration, and system integration.
• Experience with Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Experience with Wi-Fi and BLE measurement tools such as Ekahau, LightBlue, etc.
• Familiarity with corporate security standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to conduct technical assessments and recommend system improvements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
