Special Procedures/Unit Details : 32 bed unit that provides care from adulthood through geriatrics to orthopedic patients, as well as medical surgical patients. Telemetry monitoring is also available. The department has a physical therapy gym on the unit that allows the patients to get adequate physical therapy without having to leave the unit.This unit does also accommodate ED patients, sometimes with high acuity. Mon Thursdays the Ortho patients are sent to the perioperative suites. Special Equipment : CPMs and Buck's Traction occasionally Neck and back braces #Tier2 Travel Compliance Compliance requires a FULL compliance file by 12 noon EST by the Wednesday prior to start date. RTO: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted. Please ensure your traveler does not have any time off planned that will prevent them from completing pre-start compliance on time for the proposed start date.
