BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN

Our mission is to provide children and youth in Arizona a safe environment, free from abuse and neglect by creating strong and successful families.Our residential programs are ready to hire Behavioral Health Technicians to join the team in our Group Home and Emergency Shelter.We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to improving the lives of youth in Foster Care.In this role you will spend most of your time in direct supervision of the youth in our agency’s care, providing a safe and secure environment where their emotional well-being can flourish. You will assist in the youth’s daily routines including food service, housekeeping duties, medication administration, necessary classes or client groups, and off-site activities that could include sporting events, movies, and other fun events. Utilizing agency-established behavior management protocols and procedures you will support the youth and assist in building essential life skills.To be considered you must haveThe ability to work four, 10-hour shifts each week between the hours of 12pm-10pm.
