Location: Brockton, MA

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support our complex manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and preparing material kits for production. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing teams have the right materials available at the right time.

Our manufacturing environment is highly complex, involving thousands of individual components and multiple levels of sub-assemblies. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to accurately manage inventory within an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing documentation.
• Accurately enter inventory transactions into the ERP/inventory management system.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare and kit materials for production builds according to manufacturing requirements.
• Perform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and support continuous inventory improvement efforts.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, receiving, kitting, or material coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter and manage inventory data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
