Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in paraprofessional roles within schools, particularly supporting special education.
• Valid Pennsylvania clearances (required).
• Comfortable working with higher-needs student populations.
• Able to reliably commute daily to a site near Malvern, PA.
• Preference for experience in specific age groups—please let us know your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students as part of an all-special-education campus, using patience and care to assist with both classroom instruction and personal development.
• Support academic, behavioral, and daily living needs, adapting to individualized student plans.
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to optimize learning environments.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong communication with colleagues, students, and families.
