Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working as a Paraprofessional, PCA, or in a similar support role in schools
• Understanding of academic support strategies and behavior management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:
