Trial Injury Attorney

ONLY TEXAS LICENSED ATTORNEYS SHOULD APPLY.

AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE IS A HARD REQUIREMENT. If you do not have at least one year of personal injury experience, your application will not be considered and you need not apply.

*We are a personal injury firm local to Fort Worth.*

This position is _not_ a fast paced-high volume position where the workload would be high and unmanageable. Rather, in order to promote flawless execution, the position is low volume with you being expected to manage discovery on roughly 40 cases annually.

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trial Attorney to join our legal team.

*Responsibilities*

* Review and Pursue Discovery.
* Take Depositions
* Take Mediations
* Occasional Trial
* Occasional motion practice, very infrequently and on an as needed basis.

Pay range is between $80,000.00 to $130,000.00, depending on prior experience.

Training and guidance will be provided, you will not be expected to learn by yourself and will be given guidance and a structured environment to grow as an attorney.

This position is hybrid and while remote work is allowed, there is an expectation that work will be performed in the office. If you live in Dallas there is flexibility with the commute and you will not be expected to commute to Fort Worth regularly.

Pay: $79,928.36 - $134,795.44 per year
