Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a Receptionist to provide front‑desk coverage in a healthcare setting. This role supports facility operations by maintaining a secure, professional reception area while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and safety standards.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, intermittent hours .

• Greet and screen visitors in accordance with facility policies and infection‑control protocols

• Manage visitor sign‑in procedures and maintain accurate logs

• Answer and properly route incoming calls while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality

• Monitor and control access to the facility in collaboration with nursing leadership

• Provide general administrative support while protecting resident privacy

• Respond professionally to residents, families, staff, and vendors

• Adhere to all CMS, HIPAA, and facility compliance standards

• Previous receptionist or healthcare front‑desk experience preferred

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn HIPAA and resident privacy requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and dependability

• Ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced healthcare environment

• Flexible PRN scheduling
