Create engaging digital content to promote menu items, special offers, events, and brand identity while supporting administrative functions, internal communication, and office paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed promotional posts, short videos, flyers, and captions highlighting menu specials, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitored social media performance using analytics tools to track reach, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Prepared reports on content performance and customer interaction trends to support marketing decisions
• Responded to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Assisted with communication between management, staff, vendors, and customers
