Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to support the onboarding and enablement of our repair partner across the SCHIE and ASHI service lines. This role is responsible for verifying test scripts and sample data, validating schematics, and ensuring testing fixtures meet defined requirements before the partner is brought fully online. The role reports to and works under the guidance of Technical Teamey Responsibilities
Support setup and onboarding of the repair partner for the SCHIE and ASHI service lines
Verify and validate test scripts to ensure accuracy and functionality
Review sample data outputs to confirm they align with expected results
Cross-check sample data and test results against schematics for accuracy
Define, review, and validate requirements for testing fixtures
Identify discrepancies or issues in scripts, data, or fixtures and escalate/resolve as needed
Document verification processes, findings, and fixture requirements
Collaborate closely with Technical FTEs, who will provide oversight and guidance
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during the partner ramp-up phase

Required Skills & Experience
Experience reading and interpreting technical schematics
Familiarity with scripting/test script verification (specific language depends on tooling used)
Understanding of hardware/electronics testing fixtures and requirements
Strong attention to detail and data validation skills
Ability to work under supervision of senior technical staff while operating with a degree of independence
Good documentation and communication skills, especially for cross-team/partner coordination
Prior experience in repair operations, hardware testing, or QA/validation preferred
Reporting Structure
This role will be overseen by Technical FTEs, who will provide guidance, review, and final sign-off on technical deliverables.
