Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of impactful activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and resource availability.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Implementing therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to cultivate healing and personal growth.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions for clients.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to provide seamless, coordinated care.

• Working in partnership with the multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and implement client-centered treatment plans.

• Offering crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, and formulating safety plans when necessary.

• Maintaining detailed, timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, which can include those experiencing relationship challenges, emotional distress, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you need to possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
