Beauty Selling Advisor - La Prairie

Summary
The Beauty Selling Advisor provides exceptional customer service while building sales and lasting client relationships. This role represents the La Prairie line, drives individual and vendor sales goals, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and provide expert product, makeup, and treatment consultations.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences and follow up with clients.
- Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards while delivering a polished sales experience.
- Work effectively with team members and the designated account executive.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota.
- Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to use online clienteling tools and work independently and collaboratively.
