Hand Solder Technician

Irvine, CA | $22-$25/hr DOE

Work Schedule
4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
Early start between 5:00 AM–6:00 AM
Three-day weekends every week

What You'll Do

• Precision hand soldering under a microscope
• Read blueprints, assembly instructions, ECOs, and ECNs
• Complete engineering changes with minimal supervision
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Support production of high-reliability electronic products

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hand soldering or electronics assembly experience
• Ability to read and follow assembly documentation
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred
• SMT experience is a plus
• Ability to read and write English
• Must be eligible to work on ITAR-controlled projects

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work under a microscope
• Annual eye exam required

Pay
$22-$25 per hour DOE
