Do you have hands-on experience with mechanical presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems?If you're looking for an opportunity where your mechanical expertise directly impacts production, this could be the position for you!What You'll DoAs a Press Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and help minimize costly downtime.Your responsibilities will include:Disassemble, repair, rebuild, and reassemble metal-forming pressesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsPerform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipmentUse hand and power tools, welders, torque wrenches, impacts, magnetic drills, and hydraulic jacksPerform rigging, grinding, fitting, scraping, and machine alignmentInstall and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systemsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manualsInspect equipment before and after repairs to ensure proper operationAssist with new equipment installation and continuous improvement projectsWork closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teamsComplete maintenance documentation accurately and on timeTrain and mentor Maintenance Trainees and assist with training on new equipmentWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience and the ability to diagnose problems quickly and safely.Qualifications:3–5 years of manufacturing and machine maintenance experienceExperience maintaining, rebuilding, or repairing mechanical presses or heavy industrial equipmentStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manualsStrong mechanical aptitude with a commitment to safety and qualityHigh School Diploma or GED requiredComfortable working with oils, grease, solvents, and in confined spacesPreferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is a plus:Robotics • PLCs • Automation • Mechanical Handling SystemsWhy This Is A Great OpportunityThis is a hands-on maintenance role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with heavy industrial equipment, and keeping production running at peak performance.If you're the person everyone calls when a machine goes down and you know how to diagnose it, fix it, and get it running again — we want to hear from you!Resume Required — Apply Today!
