We also pay out a profit-sharing bonus twice a year - when profits permit, of one or two weeks' pay, in June and December!We have 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities!! **** We are Currently Offering a $1500 Hiring Bonus *****Position Summary:The Material Handler will provide a constant flow of raw material to injection presses in the Production area and any auxiliary equipment to achieve maximum productivity.Key Tasks: Mix resin as directed.Place grinder at each press.Have material and auxiliary equipment properly tagged for use.Pull and clean hoppers and grinders at job's completion.Monitor dryers as needed.Must be able to set-up and troubleshoot all material auxiliary equipment.Must understand 5-S and Lean Manufacturing concept.Keep work areas clean and safe.Use 5-S suggestion form for set-up, process, or other improvements.Must have knowledge of plastic product material handling.Must be able to drive a forklift.Attention to DetailStrong problem-solving skillsMust have an aptitude for basic math.Ability to read and understand English.Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasksAbility to take direction from Supervisors/ManagerAbility to lift up to 50lbsMust be able to sit, walk, or stand for eight hours.
