Remote Contracts Administrator

Location: Remote (Lorton, VA area preferred)

Pay Rate: Starting at $45/hour (flexible based on experience)

Position Type: Temporary Contract (3-4 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through the full lifecycle, from award through closeout
• Prepare, review, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents
• Administer federal, commercial, and international contracts and purchase orders
• Support program leaders by ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, and contract flow-down requirements
• Review RFPs, identify contractual risks, and provide recommendations
• Handle multiple contracts and contract modifications simultaneously
• Communicate contractual issues and develop practical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of government contracts administration experience
• Experience supporting T&M, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost-Reimbursable contracts
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regulations
• Experience negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements
• Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management abilities
