Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its thriving corporate practice in Palo Alto, CA. The firm is looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients across various industries. Duties Supervise due diligence processes Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents Manage and facilitate closing transactions Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant experience Strong analytical skills and a self-starter attitude Desire for teamwork and significant responsibility Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of California Skills Proficiency in supervising due diligence and drafting legal documents Excellent negotiation and communication skills Benefits Opportunity for early responsibility in a top-tier corporate practice Work closely with partners and clients across various industries #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
