Senior Account Executive (TOLA region)

Founded in August 2021, we've secured funding and the backing of ABN AMRO Ventures and Cherry Ventures, propelling us into a new era.

Our goal is to provide companies with an autonomous Threat Exposure Management platform. At Hadrian, we view security through a hacker's eyes because hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organisations, discover risks, and prioritise remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.

Located in Amsterdam's buzzing Leidseplein and by London's famous Paddington Station and our most recent US HQ in the heart of New York City , our diverse team from 25+ countries is on a mission to shake things up in offensive security. Your Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of Hadrian’s expansion across the U.S. TOLA region , owning one of our most strategic growth markets. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’re not just closing deals but also actively building the playbook!

We’re looking for someone who knows how to win. Your track record selling cybersecurity solutions in the U.S., especially across the TOLA region, will set the foundation. However, your drive, hustle, and ability to create opportunities from scratch will define your success.

You’ll get to own the entire sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, outbound, pipeline building, negotiating, and closing. This is your territory to conquer, while also benefiting from the guidance of our Regional Sales team.

What you will do as an Account Executive at Hadrian:

  • Pipeline Development : Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and in-person events. Target to engage with new prospects on a weekly basis in order to maintain at least 5x pipeline coverage.

  • Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the marketing team to iterate on messaging used in outbound communications. Work with internal teams to devise strategies for driving pipeline growth within the TOLA U.S. territory. Take charge of both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

  • Research & Personalization : Dive deep into accounts to identify key decision-makers and champions. Craft personalized messaging that resonates with the target audience and qualifies their interest.

  • Sales Execution : Demonstrate a deep understanding of Hadrian's solutions and their value proposition. Engage with C-level executives, providing industry insights and positioning our solutions effectively.

  • Account Management : Foster and maintain relationships with key business units and stakeholders. Adopt a consultative approach, listening to customer needs and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Achieve Targets : Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, while abiding by Hadrian's values and objectives.

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Have 3-5 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in direct sales, selling SaaS solutions in the NAM market.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions in North America, ideally with a focus on the TOLA U.S. region.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

  • Are experienced in cold outreach and generating significant pipeline.

  • Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas with minimal account churn.

  • Are flexible in adapting to real-time feedback during discussions.

  • Have strong previous relationships with sales enablement and operation teams.

  • Have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
