Role Description
The Head of Growth at Krisspi Technologies Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. This role is responsible for designing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue across both customers and stylists. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data and performance metrics, running growth experiments, optimizing marketing funnels, and collaborating with product, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives with company goals. The Head of Growth will build and manage a high-performing growth team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and develop partnerships that expand Krisspi’s market presence. This role also involves setting growth targets, managing budgets, and continuously iterating on strategies to improve unit economics and overall scalability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong skills in Customer Acquisition, including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to build partnerships, negotiate deals, and support revenue growth.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and KPI tracking.
- Experience leading cross-functional growth teams and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and operations.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in marketplace, on-demand services, or consumer tech is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
