Policy Retention Specialist — Outbound & C‑Suite (Hybrid)

Insight Global

Insight Global is seeking an Asset Retention Specialist to join our Kansas City area team. The role starts onsite five days per week for 6–9 months of training, then becomes hybrid with one day of work from home. You will make outbound calls and emails to understand policy cancellations, track cancellations, and document data.
