About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Affiliate Growth Consultation in the Eastern Region. This executive will be instrumental in driving long-term growth, retention, and market expansion within the network. The role involves developing and executing strategic visions for affiliate growth, serving as a senior advisor to affiliate owners, and leading complex franchise renewals and seller strategy initiatives. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, influencing key business decisions, and ensuring the network is well-positioned for continued growth and competitiveness. Key responsibilities for the VP of Affiliate Growth include enterprise growth strategy, network expansion, and the use of strategic analytics to shape business strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of leadership experience in real estate brokerage, franchising, or related fields, with a proven track record in driving enterprise growth, franchise expansion, and complex business negotiations. They should possess exceptional financial acumen, be data-driven, and have the ability to influence executive stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and the role demands a leader with outstanding executive presence and the ability to travel as needed.
