Quality Assurance Nurse - Hybrid (Home Health)

Our team is growing and looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Nurse (Home Health). Hybrid (Houston, TX 77081) RN or LVN required. Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health services by monitoring, evaluating clinical documentation, providing staff education, and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities Quality monitoring and improvement Regulatory compliance Training and development Documentation and reporting Collaboration and communication Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas. RN BSN preferred; OASIS certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of quality assurance experience in home health, with at least 2 years overall in home health care. Strong understanding of home health care regulations, quality assurance processes, industry best practices, OASIS, Value-Based Purchasing, and Star Ratings. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
