Job Description Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan. Take vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to supervising RN/physician. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, and mobility. Administer medications and injections as per state regulations. Perform wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care. Collect lab samples and assist with diagnostic testing. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Prepare and support patients for procedures and examinations. Operate basic medical equipment safely. Communicate patient needs, concerns, and changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Provide patient and family education on care, medications, and treatments.
