What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations in ER, Med/Surg, or PCU settings
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications accurately following the six rights
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond according to ACLS protocols
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients families
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for quality care under stressful situations
• Follow all facility policies and standards for patient care

What You Need

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in emergency, medical-surgical, or ICU care
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a small, rural facility
