Assistant Director of Rehab

PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks an Assistant Director of Rehab to help lead our collaborative, patient‑centered rehab team. In this role, you’ll support daily department operations, supervise therapy staff, and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans for post‑hospital patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. You’ll ensure high clinical standards, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance while tracking outcomes to drive quality improvement. Partner closely with the Director of Rehab, physicians, nursing, patients, and families to promote independence and successful recoveries.
