Partner Activation Manager

Role Summary The Partner Activation Manager leads marketing programs and partner events, driving engagement and revenue growth with financial institution partners. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partner marketing activations and campaigns aligned with go-to-market priorities. Plan and manage national events, webinars, and joint campaigns to support partner revenue growth. Build scalable partner enablement programs to enhance collaboration, trust, and loyalty. Track performance of partner activations, reporting lead generation, engagement, ROI, and partner growth. Core Competencies B2B partner marketing experience in payments, banking, or fintech. Strategic collaboration with cross-functional marketing, sales, and relationship teams. Program management from strategy through execution and measurement. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. 4–6 years of partner marketing, program management, or related experience. Understanding of partner ecosystems, relationship management, and marketing strategy. Experience in payments or financial services highly preferred.
