Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allure of Lake Storey, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure resident privacy, dignity, and HIPAA compliance
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and IV site care as needed (RN scope for IVs)
• Promote a calm, respectful, and safe care environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR Certification required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Competitive pay with hourly rates ranging from $32 to $39

• May assist with resident evacuation during emergency situations
