Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Lead Details:Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 to $23.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Monday through Saturday)Train, coach, and support production team members while promoting a positive team environment.Monitor safety, quality, and cGMP compliance throughout each shift.Coordinate staffing assignments and production workflow for maximum efficiency.Conduct daily startup meetings to communicate production goals, safety expectations, and priorities.Track production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to resolve concerns.Production Lead Qualifications:2–3 years of manufacturing or production experience required; 3+ years preferred. Previous experience leading a team or coordinating production operations is strongly preferred.Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated manufacturing is highly preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
