About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP of Operations to spearhead the development of operational excellence within its residential home services platform. The successful candidate will create and implement a robust, trainable, and scalable operating model to ensure consistency and strengthen the business’s operational foundation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the company’s transition to a more integrated and professionally run operating system, with a focus on multi‑location and multi‑site leadership, and a strong emphasis on driving operational consistency across distributed locations. Responsibilities Spearhead operational excellence initiatives across all sites. Create, implement, and continuously improve scalable operating models. Ensure consistency and strengthen the operational foundation of the business. Lead multi‑location and multi‑site initiatives, driving operational consistency across distributed locations. Partner directly with the CEO and build credibility with field leaders. Integrate newly acquired businesses both operationally and culturally. Champion long‑term growth and continuous improvement. Qualifications Senior operational leadership experience within residential HVAC or broader home services. Proven track record in building and improving operational playbooks. Experience scaling businesses through acquisitions. Strong trade‑specific credibility and the ability to influence senior operators. Strategic, process‑driven mindset with hands‑on execution ability.
