Mold Technician - B-Shift (Nights)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Mold Technician for night shift operations at its Columbus molding facility. The role involves operating injection molding equipment, monitoring quality output, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of injection molding equipment and processes
• Perform preventative maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct equipment changeovers and coordinate first-piece approvals with inspectors
• Document press activity and maintain quality records as required
• Maintain safe work environment and general housekeeping around equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years technical manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated competence in mechanical tasks
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Basic communication skills in English
