Location: San Jose, CA Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Salary: $28-$38 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of established customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for additional products and services, and provide solutions that support their business. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and enjoys developing relationships while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full inside sales cycle, including quoting and closing deals within NetSuite following our established procedures.
• Support AEs as needed with system-related questions, CRM tasks, and quote preparation
• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and business goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop account strategies focused on customer retention and revenue growth.
• Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales process and follow up consistently.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, activities, and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide a positive and responsive customer experience.
• Stay engaged with customers after the sale to support customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or similar experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience using CRM or customer management systems.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to learn about products, services, and evolving customer needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
