Position: Admissions Representative Nursing & Allied Health Programs

What youll do:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students whove expressed interest in Unitek programs.
Make 100150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest build rapport and schedule admissions interviews.
Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options career pathways and educational outcomes.
Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions remove barriers and collect required admissions documents.
Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
Who you are:
Empathetic mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
Strong consultative sales approach you listen advise and guide prospects toward the best path.
Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
Previous admissions enrollment healthcare recruiting or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications :
Education Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years customer service telemarketing or sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word Excel Outlook
- Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
