• 1-3 years of logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic
• Experience coordinating shipments, scheduling, or inventory activities is a plus
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business needs
