Job Overview MuleSoft GTM Specialist – Salesforce Professional Services Data Excellence & AI Practice team. We are looking for a strategic, analytical thinker with business skills to serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert to some of the company’s largest and most complex enterprise customers. This role focuses on positioning MuleSoft solutions across varied industries, understanding business objectives, managing client expectations, and communicating the value of our services. Responsibilities Provide specialist MuleSoft & Integrations product & implementation expertise to help position, scope, and schedule MuleSoft Professional Services engagements, including both customer‑funded and internally funded opportunities. Partner with License Sales and Professional Services OU counterparts to educate on the positioning and representation of our Services offerings. Engage customers, including C‑Level, using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long‑term trusted advisor. Use industry expertise and business insight to understand customer motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes. Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our transformative solutions with the goal of generating significant success and business value from a customer’s investment. Continuously explore opportunities with existing customers regarding add‑on services. Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and standardized approaches for use across Services OUs and other regional Practices. Meet individual Services Key Strategic Objectives, including utilization and Services bookings influenced. Travel 10–25% per quarter across other North American locations. Requirements 10+ years of experience, including working with integration platforms to solve real business problems. Deep understanding of API‑led connectivity, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and the emerging AI/LLM ecosystem. Relevant product experience on MuleSoft’s Agentic enterprise solutions including AgentFabric, LLM Gateway, and MCP Bridge. Experience with at least one cloud technology – AWS, Azure, or GCP (sizing, design and scaling). Experience with different integration patterns and the ability to recommend relevant patterns for customer use cases. Strong awareness of MuleSoft deployment models, including CloudHub2.0 and Runtime Fabric. Professional Services GTM or delivery experience (e.g., Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, pre‑sales Architect). Ability to translate complex, technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and ROI for customers. Background in a consultative role, strong understanding of consumption sales, technology, and how software services fit into the overall sales process. Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects ($M+). Demonstrated ability to influence group audiences, facilitate solutioning, lead discussions such as implementation methodology, road‑mapping, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive‑level requirement gathering sessions. Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, unpredictable environment. Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically as a self‑starter who can drive outcomes without heavy structure.
