Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Practice Leader to drive the growth, delivery, and transformation of the Data & Analytics practice. The role involves leading large-scale data transformation programs, building consulting and pre‑sales capabilities, managing client relationships, and developing high‑performing teams across data engineering, BI, AI/ML, cloud analytics, and governance. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale the Data & Analytics practice, including strategy, capability development, and revenue growth. Drive business development, solutioning, and pre‑sales activities for enterprise data and analytics opportunities. Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to define data transformation roadmaps and analytics strategies. Build and manage offerings across Data Engineering, BI & Visualization, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML, Data Governance, and Advanced Analytics. Own end‑to‑end delivery governance for large data transformation and modernization programs. Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
