Administrative Assistant To Middle School Principal
This classified position is for a 12-month administrative assistant to the middle school principal. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in office technology/management, but a high school education and training with experience will be considered. Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet design, desktop publishing, and database programs on a personal computer including speed and accuracy is required. The candidate must be able to handle confidential material, discreet, reliable, and loyal. Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, and a customer service attitude are essential. Adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to assume additional duties are also required. The position reports to the middle school principal and involves a time schedule of 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. with a 30-minute lunch break.
