Workday Project Manager

Workday Project ManagerImplement Workday in multiple countries within an assigned region.Tactical execution of work plans as directed by the project team for region/vendor population (i.e. data collection, contractual analysis, user onboarding, etc).Participate in workgroup meetings, testing, and provide status updatesPrepare and manage key stakeholders and user groups (audience readiness, training,Escalate issues and risks to project team, as well as Vendor Manager, as they ariseIdentify, research, and resolve customer issuesMonitor key metrics and CTQ to ensure goals are met and provide regular updates to project teamADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in developing and regional comms, adoption and engagement plansEnsure project remains on budget, helping to coordinate payment and invoice validation in partnership with project leaderServe as the dedicated resource to assist in development, implementation and support of the system for their regionWork collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure program complianceFlexibility to conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hoursKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to speak English with professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to be an effective business partner with different people and culturesBachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experienceContributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverablesFlexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change2 + years vendor management or consulting experience (or experience working and partnering with 3rd party vendors)1-2 years of experience in a leader/ team lead capacityResourceful problem solver with experience in mid-size to large projects and implementations of new processes and/or technologyStrong MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word, Visio, etc)Multi-lingual a strong plus - English plus Asia language, preferred not mandatorySix Sigma experience preferredBachelor's or Master's Degree is Required
