Office Manager - Good News Hearing and Communication Center - Englewood Cliffs

We are seeking a part-time office manager in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Scheduling patient appointments
Assisting incoming patients
Verifying insurance coverage/ Collecting co-payment
Entering patient demographics into the computer
Pulling and filing medical charts
Creating and Submitting CMS 1500s
Assisting doctor as needed.
Great computer skills.
Great communication both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time (Mon, Wed, & Fri 9am-5pm) English & Korean speaker required

Experience: Not required
Languages: English Advanced Korean Advanced
Employment: Part-time
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9-5
Salary: $20 $22 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
